In the city that never sleeps, it’s no surprise that New Year’s Eve is a magical night no matter which adventure you choose. We picked out THREE great ways you can ring in 2017, but we’re really hoping you’ll spend it with us in Coney Island!
1. The Classic. Times Square.
If crowds are your thing, you can always ring in the New Year with 1 million of your closest friend in Times Square. Since 1907 we’ve been watching the now iconic ball drop live from the heart of New York City. Ryan Seacrest hosts ‘Rockin Eve’ which will feature performances by Bruno Mars, Mariah Carey and more! The party starts at 6pm with noisemakers and party favors being dispersed. Confetti flies through the skies at midnight as the rest of the world watches live on TV. It may get a bad rep among locals but you gotta do it at least once…right?
2. Make it an Irish Exit in Midtown
Looking to avoid the masses and hit up a local soiree? Our friends at The Irish Exit are throwing a New Year’s Eve bash in Midtown! We’ve been hanging with them every Tuesday this fall for their free comedy nights and can confirm that they know how to have a good time. 3. No Sleep ‘Til Brooklyn!
We’ve saved the best for last and invite you to spend New Year’s Eve with us in Coney Island. We’re hosting a Brew Year’s Eve Bash at the brewery where we’ll be tapping our exclusive release Never Sleeps, amongst 7 other specialty styles, and serving up delicious eats from our neighbor Gargiulo’s. At the stroke of midnight, we’ll run out to the boardwalk to witness New York’s most magical destination come to life as we trade in ball drop for parachute drop and watch fireworks on the beach! Luna Park is also opening it’s gates for some special rides accompanied by live music performances from Coney Island USA’s Freak Show.
