Inspired by America’s last true 10 in 1 continuous sideshow, our Sideshow Series pays homage to our home on Surf Avenue with a line of small batch beers canned right here in Coney Island and exclusively available in our taproom. The Cans
4-packs of 16oz cans fresh from our tanks. Our Head Brewer, Eric Hernandez, just completed the build of our own custom canning line. All done by hand, 2 cans at a time. No robots or assembly lines here in Coney.
The Beer: Cotton Candy Kölsch
Backed by popular demand, this Coney Island twist on a traditional German Kölsch is made with pureed strawberries, strawberry juice and our own cotton candy flavoring. Unfiltered with a pink tinge, this crisp drinking summer brew has a fruit forward, strawberry aroma, delicately balanced by floral hops. Tart strawberries and a dry malt backbone dominate the palate while the beer finishes with the subtle, but unmistakable taste of cotton candy.
